Green Detox Juice To Drink In The Morning: You who have been following my blog for a few years now know that I usually drink a cup of warm water with half a lemon juice every day when I wake up.

Now, what I have done after that is to prepare a “green juice” that, for me, works as a total organism cleanser! So this post today is just to show you how I do it.
The term “detox” is just a familiar way of referring to this juice. This term has no scientific validity. (I say this so that no one comes in the comments to inform things that we already know, ok?)
The ingredients are:
Natural orange juice
(you can prepare with the fruit at home or buy ready-made)
(can grate ginger or buy powdered ginger)
(use 2 leaves for each glass of juice)
Demerara sugar (optional)
Particularly, I only add sugar if someone else (husband or son) is taking it, because I prefer natural.
I beat everything in a blender. It takes seconds and I do it every day.
The juice supports me well for my first morning block activities, which include yoga, for example. I only eat something solid after this activity, so the juice supports me well.
