A good breakfast is extremely important. Those who skip a good breakfast are hungry all day and are quickly inclined to grab a snack. Moreover, when you start with a good breakfast, your intestines start immediately!

Tip 2: Drink water

A glass of water not only aids digestion, a glass of water before eating also makes you feel full faster and will therefore eat less.

Eat smaller portions and eat slowly. Consciously enjoy every bite.
